This weeks wrap up

WOOHOO it's Friday!!! That is for sure something to celebrate- we have had quite the week over here. I came down with a head cold/ migraine Monday and Tuesday, but got through it and now I feel great :)
It actually was nice, because the Hubs really stepped up with dinner and cleaning- it was like I fell in love all over again :)

SPEAKING of the Hubs- we celebrated his 33rd Birthday! I made him Birthday Pancakes in Bed and we went to sushi with all our friends. It was a success:)

Weekend Recap

We enjoyed our beautiful weather this weekend-we are having a super cool summer which I will NOT complain about ;) although we are only half way through...so I better keep my mouth shut.
We have this AMAZING farmers market where we live, and we stocked up on tons of organic fruit, veggies and odd and ends. I am making little miss Aubri's food so the fresher the better. I came across Dragon Fruit?? What the?? So at 26, I tried it for the first time-YUM and now I am jealous that my 7 month old has tried it WAY earlier than I :

Organic Dragon Fruit, Blackberries and Blueberries

Loving the Dragon Fruit

Family breakfast and making our rounds (Target, Home Goods, Mall) ended our awesome Saturday *doing backflips*

Then....Sunday rolled around and we woke up to a stair climbing baby- that's right, little Miss is climbing STAIRS. We ended the weekend with some family swim.

Marathon Training Plan

July 31, 2013

I have been meaning to get this up for everyone, here is my training plan for the October Long Beach Marathon. I have decided to just do the half this year-it was way more work training with a newborn than I thought-but the half I can do.

I still wanted to put this up there for everyone to see, incase you need a plan :)

My training is similar, however on Sundays I do not run as much as this plan-but this is the same plan I used when I ran a marathon two years ago.

Good Luck Runners!!

I found this amazing plan here
