Marathon Training Plan

I have been meaning to get this up for everyone, here is my training plan for the October Long Beach Marathon. I have decided to just do the half this year-it was way more work training with a newborn than I thought-but the half I can do.

I still wanted to put this up there for everyone to see, incase you need a plan :)

My training is similar, however on Sundays I do not run as much as this plan-but this is the same plan I used when I ran a marathon two years ago.

My husband, myself and some friends registered for the UCSD Triton 5K! That is the same week we all begin our marathon training for the Long Beach Marathon in October. I'm so excited to race my husband, he's a big motivator for me to run :)
 
 
Anyone else interested in running? Soon I will be adding a fitness TAB. I get asked a lot about my training program so I will not only post the entire program on here but I will give eating tips and yummy pre and post workout recipes! Stay tuned!
